How much does it cost to join the Modulabs network?
Nothing. There is no registration fee, no subscription and no commission taken from your payout — the payout shown on a job is what you invoice us for.
When do I get paid?
You invoice Modulabs once the order ships and is accepted. Payment is made in GBP by bank transfer on the agreed terms for every completed order.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. Jobs are offered, not assigned. Accept the work that fits your capacity and decline anything that doesn't — there is no penalty and no minimum volume.
Do I need ISO certification?
It is not mandatory. If you hold ISO 9001, 13485 or AS9100 it speeds up vetting; otherwise we onboard you with a paid test order to verify quality.
Where are your customers based?
Mostly the UK and EU, spanning prototype work through to repeat production. Partners outside the UK are welcome where delivery timelines can be met.
Is the network exclusive?
No. You keep your own customers and can work with other platforms. Modulabs simply fills spare capacity on your machines.
How long does approval take?
Most shops are reviewed within 3–5 working days of applying, and go live as soon as vetting or a test order is complete.
