Hollow parts, blown to shape
For bottles, jerrycans, ducts, tanks and anything else that needs to be hollow and sealed. Send your part file or a sample and the target volume, we'll quote the mould, the parison setup and the parts together.

Extrusion blow, injection stretch blow (PET), injection blow
From 50 ml bottles to 200 L drums; ducts and hollow panels
HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, PVC, ABS, EVOH-barrier coex
Aluminium or steel moulds, single to multi-cavity, 4–6 weeks
Parison programming for even wall in deep-draw areas
Trim, leak test, labelling, assembly, leak-proof capping
Choosing a material
The material decides stiffness, chemical resistance, clarity and how the part is filled or used. Barrier layers and regrind content also shape the quote, so tell us what the container will hold.
- HDPE
- Stiff, chemical-resistant and economical. The default for bottles, jerrycans and tanks.
- PP
- Handles higher temperatures and live hinges. Useful for hot-fill containers and closures.
- PET
- Clear, strong and pressure-tolerant. Stretch-blown bottles for drinks and cosmetics.
- Barrier coex
- Layered structure that slows gas and solvent permeation. Useful for fuels, chemicals and long shelf life.

What the tooling review covers
Hollow geometry and parting
Blow moulding handles undercuts and complex hollow shapes well, but the parting line, pinch-offs and trim need planning with the mould.
Wall distribution
Deep draws and sharp corners thin out the wall. Parison programming and sensible radii keep strength where it matters without wasting material.
Volume and decoration
Annual volume decides mould cavities and machine size. Tell us about labelling, colour and leak testing so the quote covers the whole job.

Choose by material, geometry and how hollow the part really needs to be.
Injection moulding
Better for solid or open parts where precise detail on all faces matters more than being hollow.

Better for hollow-looking metal parts that need stiffness, threads or machined sealing faces.
View serviceRotational moulding
Better for very large tanks and one-off hollow parts where tooling budget is small and cycle time can be long. Talk to us.
